Creating a bond that allows you to become a friend or mentor with student staff while they are here but also after they leave is one of the best things about my job. Doesn’t mean we have to see each other all the time. Maybe we just chat on social media or rando texts in the year. That is the beauty of the #unbreakablebond we create. When we do see each other it is like nothing has changed. I was reminded of this in the past week when I went to the movies with Jimmy and attended Heather (Squeaks) going to grad school farewell party. Got to see Burch Bear too . Going on my 11th staff this August. 12 new RAs. Excited to see them grow!
