Creating an acai bowl is pretty simple. The instructions are on the packets of acai. I have found a game changer is passion fruit juice as the liquid you add. I figured why not share how I make and what I use.


  • 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • two frozen packets acai
  • 1 heaping tablespoon almond butter

Follow the instructions on your acai packet. Basically, put the ingredients listed into a blender to blend. Once it is done add to a bowl and put your toppings on. I typically use

  • blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • strawberries
  • granola (my fav to use for this is Safe and Fair Sweet and Salty. They switch out their flavors so this one might not exist anymore)
