Creating an acai bowl is pretty simple. The instructions are on the packets of acai. I have found a game changer is passion fruit juice as the liquid you add. I figured why not share how I make and what I use.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- two frozen packets acai
- 1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
Follow the instructions on your acai packet. Basically, put the ingredients listed into a blender to blend. Once it is done add to a bowl and put your toppings on. I typically use
- blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- strawberries
- granola (my fav to use for this is Safe and Fair Sweet and Salty. They switch out their flavors so this one might not exist anymore)
