Over the weekend I worked on learning a new craft. I saw Arm Knitting pop up a few times on youtube. So I decided to try it out paired with coupons and presidents days sale at JoAnns. They have yarn dedicated to arm knitting.
Supplies
- Your arms
- Yarn size super bulky 6. They usually say super bulky on them. That is the one you want. Depending on how thick you want the scarf you will buy the corresponding amount of yarn. I used two scans of each color for each scarf. It doubles the bulk. I picked up Red Heart Grande. Beautiful colors and super soft. The other brand I purchased was Bernat Mega Bulky Yarn.
It looks much hard than it is. A full scarf took me about 30-40 minutes to do. Below are pictures of all the scarfs I made in one night. I will be selling some of them.
