harry potter mug

Made this for my friend who loves Harry Potter. The red and yellow turned a lot deeper after baking. The baking was tricky. First I did 350 in oven. Noticed that the black was not setting. Did a second run on 400. Generally stick with the 350. Seems like that worked well for other mugs…

Now that pinterest is alive and busy. Lots of folks are playing around with crafting. A bunch of RAs last year were talking about using sharpies on mugs then baking them. It is a simple and cheap event if you can get your mugs at say Ikea or dollar tree. Plus for your sustainable events…
