garlic green beans
prep time: 5 mins
cooking time: 3 mins

1 lb green beans
6 cloves garlic (more if you like it spicy!), roughly chopped
sea salt
olive oil

1. bring a large saucepan of water to a boil + add in green beans + 1 tsp sea salt
2. cook green beans for 3 mins then remove and place in an ice bath till cool (about 1 minute)
3. with a slotted spoon remove green beans + pat dry
4. mix green beans with garlic then drizzle with olive oil + add salt to taste
