I am neither vegan nor vegetarian. I respect and believe that both of these lifestyles are wonderful for certain people in certain circumstances, as well as for the planet and out fellow earthlings.
I believe that your behavior, food choices and lifestyle should reflect YOU and what works for you. I don’t believe that there should be any shame or stigma between different kinds of diets and the people that follow them. Part of education about food security, nutrition and sustainability is learning to understand that what works for one person doesn’t always work for another, and that we should approach one another with love and open ness, no matter our differences between diets and lifestyles.
