The Recipe for Radiance by Alexis Wolfer arrived this week. Super excited to throw this one into my reading rotation. I read every night before bed. It helps me fall asleep. Not pictured here are my highlighter and notebook. Forever student.
This book is full of recipes for body care which includes eats. I love tips for beauty that involves items in my kitchen.
A recipe I really want to try is the Portobello Mushroom “Pizza” and Mesclun Greens. It calls for a few types of cheese so I will probs change those out with nutritional yeast. I do that when I make other pizza.
There is a dip recipe called Charred Red Pepper Dip. I love that at the top of the recipes it explains why it is important to have the ingredients in your diet. This one talks about how red peppers help unevenly textured skin
There is a coconut polish that I want to try. I have yet jumped into the dry brushing of skin. I hear so much about it from the different communities I follow. Especially the raw community.
So yay for more reads and books to refer to.
