What do you crave? Me. Bananas. All of my life. I just had to go out and get them just now. Better than ice cream I guess.

Bananas are great for helping with digestion. They feed the healthy bacteria in our gut. Make sure you eat them when they are ripe.
The ones above are starting to rippen. Not as ripe as needed, but I had to have one for help with craving.
