Plow pose and the bridge pose. I started doing these as a kid. I had no idea they are a part of yoga. Gotta love a good inversion. I have always been pretty bendy so these are easy. I have to admit though that the bridge pose can sometimes be a little harder to hold.
Bridge pose reminds me of back bends which we had to do for gymnastics. Into a nice back walkover. I cant do those anyone.
There are so many great things about the plow pose. Some that I have learned relate to better digestion and help for your abdominal organs.
